BBC is running a "Best of 2004" vote from now and till 10th December. The list of the 10 best Essential Mixes were based on feedback from the listeners and the BBC crew. The winning Essential Mix will be played, in full, on the 25th December, Christmas night.

One of the top sets of all time, in my opinion. Technically, the set beats all out there. As far as track selection goes, it hauls much ass.

The only one I heard was Sasha and Digweed, and I loved it.

That's a pretty ordinary list, but from those it'd have to be Zabiela or Masiello (if you've got a fairly open mind with regards to EDM, you need to check this one out). Dave Seaman's was okay too, but just doesn't have the repeatability of the first two.

If the Pete Tong / Sander K one wins, though, then I'll start crying.

Zabiela's set was definitely something special. I think it should win hands down. Definitely topped Sasha and Digweed's set at the Renaissance
