It was an emergency c-section, they pull the baby out from an incision in the lower stomach.

Once the mother was put to sleep it took only 3 minutes to get the baby out. It was so weird actually seeing a live birth, it looks way different than tv. The baby was a little purple, but once the doctors started working on him, he started crying just like a newborn does. After the baby was out things calmed down a little, but the mother was still bleeding heavily. Once the bleeding was stopped it seemed like time went back to normal. In the end both mom and baby are ok.

I've seen that scene before... from inside my mother, that's it. So I'm REALLY grateful to the C-section technique

Oh come on, it's not that bad. One time I was assisting on an operation where the patient had no left eyeball. It was just an empty socket. The surgeon took a skin graft from the left thigh and placed it in the empty eye socket. I had to put my finger into the hole and hold down the graft while he sutured it in place.
