slow it down from 146 to say... 140 - 138.. its got a good intro and although its hard to mix out of, it sounds great if successful...

in my opinion.... get creative and create an intro mix of your favorite track

Yeah, the opening sound is something that really sets the tone for the mix, and ought to be experimented with versus the flow of everything else.

One of my favorite openings was for the main set of the night, with Underworld - Cowgirl (Bedrock Remix) at +8 or 9. The intro for the track worked great for setting mood (dim basement), and then mixed great into some slamming dark trance at medium-low pitch.

When I'm lazy and decide to take the standard prog -> trance -> tech route I've usually started with Sasha & Emerson - Scorchio or Tone Depth - Rumblefish, at about +4 or 5.
