Yes I would have to agree. Most SUNY school are quite good, and are cheap at the same time. Depending ono your situation they will arrange living for you or atleast help you out getting on some sort of payment plan that best suits you.
I would suggest going to: http://www.suny.edu/
You will get all of your information there and have a good idea of the areas they are in as well. Also, you can call a counselor there for further help.
