Audiogalaxy Satellite is a real-time transaction-based file-sharing system for MP3 users. This program uses a Web-based interface to let users search for artists, tracks, and albums and download the tracks onto their hard drives. The client program is small and simple, designed for minimal CPU and memory resources. Satellite automatically selects the closest user with the file you want, reducing external bandwidth usage. Files currently offline can also be selected for download, and once somebody who has the file comes online, your transfer will begin. If your download is interrupted, the Satellite Auto-Resume function will find an alternate users with the same file and complete the download.
You know what this all means!! NO more transfer errors!! W000TAGE!! thats fckng amazing ive been using this program for like a month now and i think its almost as good as napster. But in the future when we have to pay for napster and the limited amount of mp3s....Audiogalaxy will be better!!
Also a very good thing besides no more transfer errors is that there are soooo many users! its unbelievable.
There are also so many options like being able to give reviews on songs. So when you search for a song maybe people already gave the song a review. So you can read how the song is etc..
There are sooo many more great options...but just
check it out.... http://www.audiogalaxy.com
its kinda hard to start.... but eventually it will kick your ass!!!!

I just got this program after reading your post and it actually, isn't all that bad. Still like my Napster, but when they start to make you pay for the music this will be good.

Hey MoSH_MaN, I've gotten over 1,700 MP3s from Napster on a 56K. But I got rid of that and got cable now. I found that you only get really fast speeds on Napster if u download off of anything ISDN-128 or better. T3 is the best to download off of. I've gotten speeds up to 246k/s downloading off of one of them.
