Thanks to the power of retro, you can have these two things at the same time. Think of Goku, for example. Anime freaks spent their whole childhood watching him. Now imagine how fun it is to get a naked woman in front of you (which will instantly remind you of your golden jpg years) and, in the vinegar strokes yell:

Now I understand why those perverted anime writers took so many episodes to show a simple bloody battle.
