Total Body Most Improved Challenge!
Summer doth cometh and it’s time to get rid of the winter fat. Orbax and I are going toe to toe on this one, to see who can improve the most between March 1st and July 1st. We welcome anyone who has the mental fortitude to stick with this, to join in.
The point of this is not how we look now but how much better we can make ourselves look in 4 months.
For those that wish to join, find a location where the light source is constant (bathroom, garage, etc…) take several shots to give everyone a general idea of your current physique. Black and white or color, it doesn’t matter as long as you stick with the same format throughout the contest. I will be doing B&W because it focuses on what’s important to me, definition and size.
Create a collage if you can, every week Orb and I will post a new collage, with the same poses.
After the images, state your purpose in this competition. Women are *most* welcome in this as they’re the most socially affected by physical appearance (even if they say they don’t care).
For example, my goal at the end of four months will be a total weight gain of 15 – 18 pounds, more definition than I currently have, larger chest, peakier biceps, more back definition, larger legs overall and lower abdomen definition.
If this idea sounds great in theory, but you think you’ll puss out halfway through or something, then just sit back with your pint of Ben and Jerry’s and give up now.
With a good body, especially during the summer months, you are a more energetic, happier person in general; any sacrifices in diet and comfort are well worth it.
There will be two categories, most improved male and most improved female.
Don’t be a pussy, join in.
This contest starts March 1st.
