I'd really like to see someone try to explain that in a good way, not sure if it can be done. I'm sure there will be a lot of people saying "I don't dance" or "I jump up and down to the beat while furiously kicking myself in the face and squeezing my balls".

yeah i'd be interested to hear someone explain how to dance... as far as to trance do you mean like liquid dancing? there must be informational videos out there if you can't just practice it and get decent on your own. Regardless i doubt any good dancer will tell you they just got it naturally, like being good at anything, you need to practice.

Jump around with my feet hitting the floor on every beat. Rare arm movements. But I rarely dance to trance or much of anything now. I like to listen to what the dj is doing and how it sounds now.
