10 of spades:
He already has the 10 of spades sitting third in the deck with the two of hearts on the bottom.
First he pulls back the two of hearts and flips three over, revealing the 10 of spades as the 'top card'. He then puts one of the kings in his right hand and does the same thing, but with only two cards now. He shows the 'second card' being the ten of spades and flips the two back over. Then he puts the other king in his right hand and actually flips only the ten of spades saying it's the 'third card' and then he move the ten of spades closer to his left hand so it is hanging off, he grabs the bottom card (two of hearts) with his right and flips the ten of spades into his left hand for the 'fourth card'. So now he has: king, king, two, ten and he flips the stack showing the ten on the bottom.
Then each time he reshows the stack, he is pulling only the top card off and reshowing the ten of spades on the bottom, so he essentially reverses the order. Now he has ten, two, king, king.
Now he grabs the top and bottom card with his left hand and pulls the two middle cards with his right and shows the king of diamonds. Then he has: two of hearts, king of diamonds, ten of spades, king of clubs. He then puts the two of hearts on the table. Then with his left thumb, he pulls the top card (king of diamonds) into his left hand and takes the ten of spades and king of clubs with his right hand and shows the king of clubs. Then he flips them over and puts the ten of spades on the table. Then he grabs the bottom card and shows the king of diamonds and then shows the remaining king of clubs.
That's the trick.
