Never actually done it, but I've come close to it in the past a good few times.

Been close a few times, but then I came to realize that as long as you press down in the middle hard enough while prying it out the risk is eliminated. Go me.

This isn't the case with many clear cases I've come across and PlayStation 1 games. :-(

These weird cases have the kind where you try to push it in the middle, but nothing happens at all. The CD can't get loose due to the way they make that kind of nub.

Came close on a few of the newer cases where the center button do not release the disc. Just yanked and hoped it wopuld not break.

Nah, almost did. I think it was an important cd too =/
