...Beach club! And I don't mean the little TA things that were going on at Cherry beach...but an actual club on the beach (for the summer time only) that would be superb! I've just been looking at some pics from Miami and from this new club that just opened in Israel (http://layla.ynet.co.il/newLayla/ga...pe=2&galArea=41) and thought that we should have something like that too!

My understanding is that is due to the one time costs of putting in the required equipment in place. It should even out in time. Regardless it will cut down on traffic and the associated environmental damage.
