I read an article on this...

Apparently, they didnt use anywhere NEAR enough explosives and chunks of whale were coming down over a mile away. It was like a very gross rain with some pieces the size of a couch. Some did serious damage to cars and homes. And the Seagull problem got worse, now that the pieces of whale were easier to eat for the lil buggers. Not to mention the smell...instead of one big rotting carcass in one place, they now had rotting flesh spread over a mile radius.

the summer i was going into grade 1 windsor got infested with these fat green caterpillers.. they were everywhere.. so i accidentally ran over one on my bike and all this orange splat came out of it (just like in Tremors when that one splats across the side of the cliff..which by the way i had just recenty watched that movie) so i was convinced these caterpillers were baby Tremors and i freaked out and killed like 20 of them before my mom told me they were just caterpillers... i think it was the most horrible thing i have ever done haha i was a kid though!

I saw this whale explosion on tv once... i honestly thought it was going to be a joke but sure enough..after the next commercial break there it was.. sooo gross

Its strange to see such a massive big animal just lying there dead. so big, yet NOT moving... flacid... its seems wierd to me
