just burn a bootable cd, and boot from it, right?

most modern motherboards now flash a bios thro windows. no more dodgy floppies. checkout ur mobo manufacture and see if it has a windows applet. then u just click update, it locates ur mobo, locates the bios and does it all automatically.

i know u can do it with a usb-key, but unsure if u can from a cdrom.
