LOL reminds me of something that happened on the way to the Gathering at Dan's... I dunno if Justin wanted me to talk about it or not, but I will, since Tim feels so bad....
We were headin down 24, Justin, me, Lisa and Lindsay, enjoying some music and chattin it up, just having a grand old time in the van and all of a sudden, WHUMP!! We all look up and see this BIRD fly right into the hood of the van!!! IT FLEW INTO US!!! We couldn't see it aftewards, but it looked like it had hit and flew off, but it probably bounced and died.
I have stories that are worse, but I'll save them.

2 weeks ago I ran over a cat out on Hwy 5 in the West Flamborough/ Troy area. Me, of all people. I'm 'the cat lady'. Stupid thing decided to dart out from the field as all these cars were coming, mine being the unlucky choice. I swore I would never swerve my car again, seeing that was the cause of my last accident (then again, you NEED to swerve when a moose is in the way, unless u WANT to die), but at last second, I swerved. Of course the guilt of 'if I hadn't swerved, would the cat made it thru ok?' sets in.... All I know is I handled my car better & didn't spin out this time around. I tried to go to the house it was headed to, to inform them, and there were lots of other outdoor cats there hanging outside their shed. Does that make them 'barn cats' if its only a shed? Needless to say, no one was home. I felt wierd leaving a note for something that needs a personal apology, and for all I know, they could give a shit about those cats.
I left with a sick feeling in my stomach.
