The effect may be negligible. It's dependant on so many factors such as the strength of both sets of shrooms, the amount you eat, your enviorment, and of course your body's chemistry. I think the advice you might get is to wait at least 7 days.

nahh.. you should be good. you could probably take it twice a week (maybe not consecutively) without it really making too much of a difference.

You can take shrooms two days in a row, however, you will require significantly more shrooms for the second day then the first. I would recommend that rather then taking shrooms two days in a row you get yourself some peyote.
