Cool track.. that lead sound is really trippy, which is good, but it is a bit fast.
A few things and some suggestions to really make this production shine
- The hihat is on the same beat as the kick in certain parts, try moving it around and see where the rhythm goes. And I'm not very fond of the hihats personally, they're too dry.. when I'm tripping I need the sounds to be smoother, so maybe try throwing a little more reverb on them and see how it sounds.
- Good panning, needs more though! pan pan pan
- Good bassline, it's great for psy.
- Space. This track is way trippy, which is awesome, but it also needs more space. A little more serenity before the hurricane, if you will.
- The flanger/phaser is tricky because it can cause a lot of clipping, and it does slightly in certain parts... definitely lower the volume of the instrument or the phaser fx in those parts where it's clipping (i can hear it quite alot subtely).
kk so good luck, cheers.
