How do you unwind from a crazy weekend?
Ok, so the weekend's over. You had an unbelievable time, you danced your ass off, and now (unfortunately) it's time to return to reality, and you feel like sh*t. How do you transition smoothly (if possible) from party-mode to normal life? Detox/Supplements? Warm bubble baths ? Please share, cuz it's Wednesday and I'm still hurtin'.
