so i was wondering if it happens to u guys to nap during the week ....i mean not after a week end of partying and the next sunday u nap cuz ur dead tired ....
i mean me for example it's maybe wierd but i nap everyday or almost ....this morning i had only 2 hours of classes and when i came back home i took a nap til 1 pm .....
most of my friends take naps but i just wanted to know if it's the same for some of you....

maybe im wierd but when i got like 1 hour free ....i usually take a nap and then go to classes or study.....the thing is that i sleep at night ....i got a lot of sleep between 7 hours and sometimes 8 hours but i dunno i feel tired

used to have a lot of mid day naps back when i wasn't working or i was just at college.

now with FT work though i sleep usually 10-7 anyway so i dont get any time for additional sleep

Happens now and then when I stay up too late for too many days in a row. I don't like it though, I always wake up 8 in the evening with morning breath.

i hate naps..feels weird when u wake up.

The worst feeling is when u take naps during the afternoon and u wake up at around 7pm. But your brain thinks its 7am the morning after so you quickly rush to the bathroom cause you thought you were late.

Happened to me so many times when I was younger.

Sunshine really kills me. If its a rainy day i cant take a nap even if i get only 2 hours sleep a night for a few days straight. On the other hand, if its a sunny day i drop like a rock even if i slept for 12 hours woke up only an hour ago

naps are the best thing evar.
