Hi guys,

I think there's just too many same questions asked and I feel like the forum is going nowhere. What do you guys think about creating a wiki for ourselves? We will gather links to other references, and we will make summaries of everyone's opinions when they appears.

However, I can't do that alone.. I have school, work and dj and other things to think about. So who's with me to start that wiki? I expect the top posters to help.

Also, what should we include? How do we seperate everything?

1 - Basics
2 - Equipment
2.? - TTs
2.?.? - Brands
2.?.?.? - Models
2.? - mixers
2.? - Cd player
...
3 - Techniques
4 - Other

How about that? Something to change? Another idea?

Now who is going to take the 10 hrs of their life
to collect all the questions
that are getting asked over and over
answer them and make
a guide that is comprehensive enough for
somebody who doesnt know anything to understand ?

And if you had used the seach you would've seen somebody has already said what you have just said.

Then tell me why only 3 topics are found on the dj booth when you search for wiki and only this one's purpose is a guide for djs?

There's much more then the Vinyls vs Cds thread. I started it anyway and I'll be glad if it works. It will be long, but little by little I hope someone will eventually help me.
