Its not that big a deal to get the paint on the inside removed...

Get a bucket of paint thinner and kerosine, and youre good... as for the outside, he will need a new paint job.

And the windows... well that just sucks, because I know they arent cheap to replace.

What are you talking about? How is it a $30000 lay? Its not like the car is a complete loss. Id say theres about $3000 worth of damage, and most of that cost is gonna be from the window replacement.

And since the guy knows who did it, he can just file a police report.
