I don't know about the mixer, but as far as a CDJ1000 mkIII (or a CDJ2000, whatever you want to call it) is concerned, Pioneer seem to still stick by the words in this thread:

Copied here for the lazy amoung you:
| quote: | Dear Pioneer DJ Friends,
There has recently been some rumors about a CDJ-2000 being released in the next couple months which will be the successor to the Mk2. These rumors are just that...RUMORS...completely incorrect and unsubstantiated. There is no new CDJ going to be released this year. Are we working on a successor to the Mk2? Yeah, of course! Just as we are working on successors to the 800, 909, 600, DVJ, HDJ, 200, 300, and DJM-1000. When will it be out? Who knows. Whenever the engineers come out of their secret underground lair and tell us so. I can however without a doubt assure you that there are no CDJs planned for this year. The forum will be the first to know I promise and it will come from me.
When you hear rumors or see them on the net know that they usually are incorrect. I have found rumors get started sometimes by competitive interests that want to cause disruption to our sales. By effectively releasing a rumor like this they scare customers such as yourself from purchasing Mk2s. |
