Yeah, so I heard that Destiny is going to be holding events in a "club-like" atmosphere and it will be 19+ with dress code? Anyone know if this is true? And, has anyone heard of a club that just opened in T.O (supposedly) called London? It's suppose to be bigger than the Guv.

So This is London is an elite gino bar? Eew. Thanks for letting me know. I had a feeling that's what it was. Now that I know, I won't go. Clubs like that play euro dance music which I really don't like. I'll admit to liking one or two songs at the most but otherwise, I find euro is wannabe trance. Does that make sense?

e x a c t l y !!! What the do u mean it's a Gino club?? Have u ever been there?? or just going on hear say?? Just because it's dress code u assume that?? Not every trance club has got to be "No dress code"/ wear what u want. Every one I've ever met there was from a european background. I remember only meetin 2 italian girls once...they were together. As mentioned above... Mark Oliver spins there on Fri. and plays only TRANCE buddy!! get your facts straight.

I've been there before on Saturdays... sure it's not the greatest music but it's not eurodance or freestyle either.. Don't go to extremes - it's mainly house.
Classy establishment and the crowd ain't bad - you can't be going to venues full of sketched out individuals all the time - you have to balance it with some drunks occasionally.

I have heard Mark Oliver play lots - I wouldn't call it trance... but that's semantics...
What I mean by it being a gino club is what I said... not saying its bad, just what my opinion of the place is... I have been there several times on Friday and Saturday night and never heard traditional trance - all just housey euro progressive. Dressed up pretentious crowd. So DJ Stylez - I have my facts straight - and I stated my opinion... don't just assume that because people have different opinions than you that they have no idea what they are talking about!!!!
It takes all kinds, and This IS London isn't mine...
Peace.

Honestly Klaarwater...what offends me isn't your opinions...rather your classification of the crowd. It's quite stereotypical. I take offense to it...cause I do on occasion attend T.I.L. and " I ain't no GINO". Neither are the people I go with. Yeah the crowd might be pretentious, but what do u expect...it's $ 20 to get in. Not any regular HEAD off the street wants to party like that on a regular club night. One thing's for sure...the gilrs I've seen in there are hot, and despite the snobbiness of the crowd...the ladies seem to be quite down-to-earth. All I'm asking is to please try to refrain from making generalizations like those, for the sake of TRANCE unity within the Toronto forum
Thanx... and sorry for flaming u!!
