i had an order from dc-dvd once...

it didnt come within the month so i emailed them about it and they sent another out straight away.

i had it within a week.

...hopefully juno are just as helpful

I buy the majority of my stuff from Juno and all of it has arrived next day or the day after. It doesn't sound like them at all and everyone I've spoken to seems very happy with their service. I can only assume the problem is with the mailing company.

in four years i have only lost one package from some creep in germany who burned me for 90 bucks. but other than that everything eventually gets here, although i have had some that took over 4 months

I actually ordered the Thudercats DVD ( I know not records) for my little sister for Christmas this year from Amazon.com Some how it ended up in Ohio instead of Indiana where it was supposed to go. while were bitching about mail. I ordered a pre-paid phone card from amazon. It took one and half weeks and it arrived in a 1x2x2 foot box. Its the size of a credit card how about sticking a stamp on an envelope and it gets to me in 3 days? Shipping was free so its not like i care but for gods sake can you be any more wasteful?
