A Program For Compressing Video

I have some pr0n that I wanna compress (worsen the quality to it takes up less space). Whats a good program for this? Preferrably one that will let me do a batch compression, so I don't have to compress each avi file individually,

So I got that VirtualDub program...but I have no idea how do compress anything in it.

Is there like a quick 1-2-3 way of doing it? I need to compress the video's by 50 megs
