one of my co-workers is a drunk and he often comes in smelling like he bathed in whiskey and washed his clothes in rum... at our old office someone complained to my boss about him and they actually tried to put an air purifier in his cubicle, lol.

i would complain to your boss or whoever is in charge of your department, it's their job to deal with shit like that.
