Can someone recommend some headphones around $50-60? I was just starting to think that it was possible to have cheap headphones that didn't break on you until my Sennheiser 202's lost hearing on one side. I find myself spending far too much money on cheap headphones($25 or less) as they break continuously when I could just buy a decent pair and keep them for awhile. I just need something durable, and almost gauranteed to not break. Anyone help me out?

The Sony MDR-V700DJ Headphone is really good, but they cost 100 to 120 bucks. I think the're worth the money though. I spin, and I've had mine for the last 3 years. Still working great.

Then why recommend them? He clearly said 50-60, not 100-120.
Personally I was going to recommend the Sennheiser HD555 for general awesomeness before I saw the price limit.

I like how you criticize him for making a recommendation, but then you go on and make a recommendation of your own that still doesn't fit his price limit.

That's because I like irony.
On a serious note: do you need circumaural or will supraaural do? You can't really get good circums for that price.

i wouldn't recommend the MDR-V700DJ, as they're notorious for cracking. but i don't have any recommendations in that price range either.
