NO sh!t... same here - $100 and 3 points.
Teh funniest fine I got in Leesburg, Virginia for speeding back in '99. it was $30 + $2 for each mile over speed limit (55MPH). I was going 80. So, my total was like $80 - meanwhile, in Phily it would have been $160 or more + points. And points don't transfer from another state.
At that price, I actually wanted to ask the officer for season pass but thought better of it.
