Ok ive been talking to lots of people that went and I wanted to start a thread about these parties being 19+.

I am not trying to offend anyone that is under 19, just wanted to know what other people thought about this.

winter galactic wasn't 19+, it was definitly an older crowed tho..
there were definitly bonus's available if you were 19..

in general kids really dont bother me, as long as they come for the tunes and not 'to be cool' or just to get fuct.
.. hey wait, i feel the exact same way about adults..
..now that i think about it, there's no reason for me to generalize kids as being more pron to be like the way i just described..

I was a little annoyed by some of the kids. Seemed like there were a few younger people that had real attitudes. There's no place for that at a sweet party like this. It was nice to have the chill tent to get away from them if need be.

They stayed at the back, sitting on the floor, playing with each other. I dunno why they come... I go to dance. Everything else is just a bonus.

But, hey. They were outta my way. So, all good. =)

Parties definitely should have 19+ areas, for when you want to take a break from the crowd and down a few drinks Also, I think there should definitely be a age limit as to how old you need to be to get into the party. 16 is a good age, anything less, wait till your 16.

I went to Wintergalactic, was 16...
Didn't annoy no one... Insted was at the front dancing w/ everyone else.
I still remember how Tiesto ended his set...

I think it would be great if all parties are 19+. But then again, they don't bug me much. Just as long as they're not passed out all over the floor, and that they check their attitudes at the door. Then again, that goes for any age...hehe

As long as you dont go to parties or raves just to get fucked up and you have a life outside of that, I really don't care how old you are.

I just hate people who's lives totally revolve around drugs and raves. Talking to them is like putting a shitty, depressing CD on repeat: "Man we each ate 4 beans on Saturday and we got rediculously fucked up at the party! I think there might be shrooms in town for dj icey next week!"

Agewise, 19+ is definately a bonus for us alcoholics and makes for a more mature crowd. I have don't have problems with underagers itchin for good music and good times. Age is nothing.

However, there is nothing more disgusting in the world than walkin into a washroom and seeing some 13 year old kid on the floor, sweatin and shakin, fucked beyond belief. Drugs are fun (I'm no rolemodel), but there's a responsible limit. Those kids freak the shit out of me: they're endangering themselves and ruinin' the vibe.

I also have a problem with young punks with attitude. We're not there just be cool and toke and dose and deal.
Most just wanna hear good tracks and have have good times.

Total agreement from me! That's so true. Music is the whole reason of going. Fucked up ppl that puke blood in the washroom, or have to sit down on the middle of the dance floor cuz they can't handle what they're on... That's crap. Ruins it all. Hard to dance when some guy is on the floor beside you moaning.

But Wintergalactic didn't have none of that going on. Well, very little, anyway. It was a good time...

heh, if it wasnt all ages i wouldnt have been able to go my first big rave but i was right in the front dancing the whole time with grafal and other guys, once in a lifetime thing for me... cant get into anything in michigan if ur 17
