you cant skip breakfast! i hate doing that! your sleeping for like 6 hours on average, and probably didnt eat much before you go to bed, then goign to wait until noon to eat again!? your body needs energy to think properly and work properly in the morning!
I cooked two eggs, buttered some toast, and put it together in a sandwich with summer sausage (the deli meat slices), and my usual huge cup of tea in the morning lol
