From day one? I wouldn't treat it as mine. I mean yeah, I'd help out, but my first thing would be to discuss it with her calmly, get a test done to confirm I'm not the father (for legal reasons), then get a divorce and make sure the real guy is going to be the one paying child support.

Yelling at her and calling her a bitch and such would only make the issue worse.
