A girl I know did an arial (the thing he did) on the side she wasn't used to once, and landed on her head like that. She was fine, but it was freaky as all hell.

I've been watching the show a lot this season. Also notable was another fine faceplant, and a chick who puked on stage after she did her routine, and about to be judged. Both were replayed over and over during those episodes, L'dMAO.
