as long as the picture is hosted up on a website. These are the tags you use to put it up.

[IMG] http://www.blahblah.com/somethingsomething.jpg [/IMG]

This can vary on different messageboards, cause some moderators are idiots.

If you can't get it hosted on a website - use something like tinypic.com or your photobucket account e.t.c.

Is that clear enough for you?
