theme from norefjell was a song tiesto made for a big party in norefjell in norway (year 99). Norefjell is a ski resort in norway.

Oh and to answer your question, Theme From Norefjell wasnt included on the album because it was too old. Notice the latest singles from his album are Flight 643 and (Sub)Urban Train, both from 2001. I like it better that way. I'm not really impressed when artists dump old (yet classic in some cases) songs on their albums. It should be strictly new material! But thats just me...

I think it's pronounced like Ties, but I like calling him Tij . I remember him in an interview saying that he came up with the name by using his first name, then adding an Italian twist to it, and ended up with Tiesto.
