Rank 1 was born in 1998, as a joke. They thought it would be nice to see this name at a number 1 position! But the joke became a reality when ‘Airwave’ hit numerous charts at that position. Nowadays the guys are working on their album. Rank 1 has a very tight schedule. In the weekends Piet is traveling around the world for the Rank 1 Dj sets. Meanwhile Benno is creating new sounds. So when they meet up during the week they have lots inspiration for new records to come.

Just RSVP using Gil's link above & then show up early. The guestlist closes at 11, but if you're there by 9:30 or so then you'll most likely spend the next hour inside listening to good music instead of waiting in the guestlist line. It's worked for me more times than I can count, so all bets are on!

I'm savin' it for Maximus NYE, wish this was a week or two later but hope they'll be back again soon!
