i deleted it. there was something very very very inappropriate and highly offensive to another female TA posted, and while it was deleted quickly i didn't want to perpetuate anything about that. it's happened to me and it makes me VERY ANGRY seeing it happen to someone else, even if i don't particularly like her.

i wasnt posting a theory that the option for deletion is bad.

Im saying that utilizing it wantonly is a debatable practice.
