Sunday Wrap Up

kant believe the weekend is gone. the work week is just around the corner again. on a positive note i made myself a decadent burger for dinner. on a whim i mixed shredded cheese into the patty, salt, pepper, and a dash of wostershire sauce. Heavenly result with cheese perfectly melted and evenly distributed into each bite.

My wife is making baked talapia and by request, Stove Top stuffing. In the meantime, I'm going to drink my wine, get a nice buzz, and mix for a while. What a nice little Sunday evening.

p.s. - Although I still have to take out the garbage. :/
