Idea which dj will be on top at the end of 2001

At the end of 2000 I would definately have to say that my favorite dj was Ferry Corsten. followed by:
2). Sasha
3). Paul Van Dyk
4). John Digweed

for hard stuff I would definatley have to say that the best is Dj Scot Project

For 2001
I think that this could be a big year for Digweed placing him on top. I think that Christopher Lawrence(in America)
will step on the Dj list.

Tell me what you guys think! Dj Emar.

No really I can speak English, sorry about that title, I guess I should have proofread it! Who does you think...that is terrible.
I don't think Ferry Corsten has been in America either, since I never heard of him coming here.

i would HAVE to say the #1 Dj of 2001 would have to be:

5. Paul van Dyk
4. Armin van Burren
3. Carl Cox
2. Tiesto
1. Ferry Corsten!
Ferry has been rising to the top! Same with tiesto, except for the totally not cool thing that he did (not showing up for the instore autographing and dj session at virgin records last month) !!!

I don't see how Tiesto will come down from the level he is at right now. With GU 19 now out, Digweed can only get more recognition as a result (not like he doesn't have enough already). Sasha has been working in the studio (missing his twilo apperance for a couple months) so whatever he is up too should gain him more attention. Ferry Corsten, although he is a wonderful dj, has already struck out in Toronto as far as people wanting to see him. However, his Gouryella album due out this Summer with Tiesto should help him a little. Paul Van Dyk is right up there with Tiesto in my opinion....sooooooooooooooooo.....

1) Tiesto
2) Digweed
3) Sasha
4) Paul Van Dyk
5) Ferry Corsten

Just my American .02

Peace,
Steve

Hmm...
I'm seeing a lot of stuff that I disagree with. I'm no expert, but Sasha had his peak in the 95 to 96 era. Tiesto is pretty hot, though I don't see him becoming the biggest dj. PvD is god, but, he's been too hot for too long, and he cannot keep giving the goods, I expect a bit of a slip from him. Some have even started to say that he is slipping a bit, playing bad tracks. Digweed is just plain boring now, getting too deep, and won't appeal to too many worldwide.

So...
Armin van Buuren is just getting hotter and hotter. This picks some seriously killer tracks, and every time I hear him, I like him more and more. Good peaks and valleys in his mixes.
Mauro Picotto has kicked ass his last couple of sets, but they are a little similar. If he opens up his tracklists and introduces other tunes into his mixes, this guy will rise and rise.
Johan Gielen is one of those darkhorse dj's that you don't really think are hot, but he plays solid tracks. I love this guy. I didn't at first, but he grew on me. The tracks he plays are seemingly out of his ass. I heard a remix of an old '80's love song!

Those 3 are getting hot, but I think it will be Armin at the end of the year, based on how he is doing now.

Armin Van Buuren is gonna spin here @ Labyrinth 2001 on 24th. YAY!

http://www.labyrinth.fi

I think Tiesto will be the most popular DJ by the end of this year (isn't he already?). PvD, Armin, Corsten, Sasha, Digweed and Oakenfold aren't far behind.
