1_ full access' primary concern is not making money. and the move inside reflects that. if we had stayed outside, our capacity would have been much higher therefore the opportunity to make more at the door was greatly lessened by moving inside. we want all of our shows to be as ideal as possible for everyone that comes out to them. we met with the sound company, the venue and other people affiliated with the show and it was a hard decision, but everyone felt that the only proper solution was to go inside. weather.com reported 43º and windy as fuck for Saturday. that in combo with all the tornado, hail and crazy weather we have been having fueled that decision.
2_if you got to the club past after around 1 you would know we stopped selling tickets. we worked very closely with Lizard Lounge and their security to monitor capacity and worked on a 'as people leave, then let more people in' scenario. this was communicated to the people in line so that they knew beforehand and some decided to leave instead of waiting it out. we also held a certain amount of space for presale ticket holders to gaurentee entry.
3_ticket prices are directly related to the cost of the artists playing. anyone that has thrown a show before can attest to the fact that artists charge a good amount of bread. add into that Armin Van Burren is a top 10 dj and from outside the country and add one of the US' top house djs with Dan and you can see why there was a higher ticket price. these guys charge a significant amount of money to come perform.
we always offer a good amount of presales at lower prices and this show was no exception (advance presales went for $20 ). we try to keep our events as inexpensive as possible and they are usually on par or lower than other events across the country.
we do events because we like adding elements of culture to Dallas thru dance music. plain and simple. were in this for the long haul and making sure each show is the best one possible is important. mother nature decided to fuck with us a little bit, so we worked with what was available to try and make sure everyone had a good time.

just to clarify we have been throwing parties for over ten years now. and i dont understand how you would have a trance dj open up for a trance dj? why do you think alot of top djs bring in their own opening djs. ala paul van dyk bringing jerry bonham who plays progressive house.

well you have to look at the circumstance. we cant control the weather. if weather was to be favorable lance cashion would have been opening for armin. Due to circumstances out of our control we had to put both headliners in the main room.
