Sushi & Sashimi appreciation!

i'm having some for dinner tonight and goddamn it i just love this shit.

the best way is to drench it in soy sauce. slap some ginger root on that and a pinch of wasabi. YUM!

best is bbq dragon roll - i had it in San Fran my first time. it's bbq'd eel on top of rice wrapped w/ sea-weed. DELICIOUS!

i hate the ginger...i never eat it

but, i could have sushi with soy sauce or wasabe. i don't use too much soy sauce though.

i like oshinko maki, california maki or crabstick maki the most.

technically you shouldn't "drench" the sushi in soy sauce. It is supposed to enhance the flavor but not cover it.

The ginger is just a pallet cleanser, similar to a sorbet.
