Ferry Corsten Vs. System F

am i the only one that thinks the music sucks that ferry corsten makes under his "System F" alliance?

i personally think the stuff that gets released under his original name is way better then "System F" <-- Kidie dream trance ftw

I liked some System F stuff. Exhale still has a nice hook to it. Try his Ferr alias for his downtempo album Looking Forward from 1996. Almost no one has that

'Exhale', 'Needle Juice', 'Theme Dance Valley' and 'Out of the Blue' are all good tunes.

Wouldn't necessarily say the tracks released under Ferry's own name are better, they are just different.

Spaceman was quite a cool track imo. I never bothered listening to the album however.

'Spaceman' is pretty good.

I think you're talking shit because you're one of those kids who actually missed the first wave of stuff, when ootb, needlejuice, dance valley theme, lost in motion, insolation, Exhale, cry etc were originally made and the market they were put into. That album was perfect for the time era it was made and looking back you probably do dislike it because you don't understand the placement of it. As someone who claims to like the LEF era which is when ferry has really gone dogshit, you're bound to have those feelings. As Montana said, disregard the 2nd album however. Sure guys will bash ferry for those sounds but it worked. I remember when they were all new and most people liked it.

Heh. Alliance? Perhaps you're thinking of "alias".

I'm not sure what you're getting at here. Firstly... dream trance? I don't think Ferry has made dream trance under any name. Secondly, don't say "kiddie" in a derogatory way, firstly because you're the last person who can say that, and secondly because you spelled it wrong.

Are we talking about the new Ferry stuff, on LEF and Right of Way? The thing is, FC has always done remixes under his own name, even if they're otherwise identical to his style under other aliases.

Yup.

I feel bad for anyone who hasn't listened to these tracks at a rave back before E became watered-down shit. Damn cargo-pants!
