Agreed and I haven't finished listening to the second mix. The first mix was bad and doesn't even sound like tech-trance. Only the last tune was the only good track. My final opinion for the second set will come later.

I do 2 mixes every month and title them "tech-trance" rather than naming them "electro/minimal/trance/tech-trance mixes"
My styles are very varied and i like to experiment in mix 1 every month.
Most of the 2nd mix is tech-trance though.

yeh, i'd usually describe the first mixes as more sorta electro-trance, without trying to bring up images of some of the shit ferry has made/signed of more recent years.
The second is more techier with some techno, but as usual with your mixes there are tunes i really like and tunes i really dont like, but that's a matter of person taste of course they go together well enough.
I'll be honest, being the tech-trance tune-whore i am, i often listen to your mixes to see if there are any tunes on there i can hunt down a month or so later when they are released, but that cant be a bad thing can it?

Alright I finally had a listen and it’s a decent set. You deliver just what you said you would and that was 77 minutes of tech-trance. This set does just enough to scrape by, but for me it doesn’t equate to a great set. It’s a taste thing really. Don’t get me wrong, there are some bangin’ tunes here and there. For example I love tracks 6, 8, 9 and maybe 3 if it didn’t have that annoying whiny effect throughout the whole track. At the end of the day, I give this set a seven out of ten. Peace Mark!
