starting to get excited, it's been a pretty half-assed year for rugby so far, with the AB's sitting out half the super14, and the boks sending a 3rd string team to oz and NZ in the tri-nations.
Springboks looked pretty good against scotland without really pushing themselves, but can they win away from home against the top teams?
Can the all blacks make it through the entire campaign without choking. They should win, but they should have won in the past as well.
just found out there's out door screens for the games in a park a short walk from home, not sure if they'll be live though. Most games will be 4-6am here.

a surprisingly entertaining first weekend of matches. Canada and namibia were unexpectedly good.
All blacks were simply awesome, SA was good but not great, and with de villiers out, they will struggle in the centres, especially with pieterson on the wing, who cannot catch, tackle of kick.
England looks quite weak, struggling against USA.

some surprising results and very exciting games.
now we can just wait for the australian media to start complaining about how penalties and drop goals are worth too much.
