VAZ Patches

Just got Vaz 2001, and was wondering if anyone's got, or know where to get, any decent trance lead patches? The included patches seem to just just bass and stuff.

Ta

shoes it pays to learn how to programme a synth man
instead of using presets

if you use presets ur stuff is gonna sound the same as soo many other songs
because other people will have used the presets

so really
try to learn how to make your own sounds
cause it helps alot

I really want to learn how to program synths. I don't know the first thing about it, though. Have any good websites?

Just twiddle some knobs, change some settings, turn some levers... etc.. it pays to just press anything...

start by looking at how patchs work. what oscillators is it useing? how is it being filtered? is the LFO controling anything? and other stuff like that. now here is the important part.. Delete ALL the factory presets! from there you can start programing all your own sounds.

i personaly think programing is the difference between a Producer and some kid trying to produce. its really not that hard to get the basics and once you have them for one synth you can apply that to most other synths. it also make it easyer to learn different synthasis methods that are more complex like FM or AM....

Just been messing about with the Fruity 3xOSC. I never knew it was so easy to create a synth like PPK's ResuRection lead...

Thanks for the tips, guys!

yea that PPK's bep sounds like its straight out of the 80's,
It reminds of some of the older Electronic music around then
