i think MC's are the worst things that ever made their way into EDM especially in trance when they decide to talk over every part of the song and the music is pushed into background

Can be good but are usually bad. The one who does all the Tiesto events (MC Stretch?) is the worst. I think he does his own echoes.

can't disagree more...they're not good for anything

have you heard Pendulum's Ultra set at WMC 2007? the mc does not shut up for any consecutive 10 seconds during the 1 hour set, completely ruins it... i couldn't even stand listening to the set, the mc is so in your face and it's like the music is the background to HIS f-ing show
