Hey there
First advice is to recomend you dont use Fruityloops and get away from it ASAP. Im not guna start another debate, cant be bothered. Its not good software for dance music - goof for RNB Rap etc.. If u wanna know how to get great software P.M me.
Youre tune...
It doesnt really fit into any genre, very eclectic I guess. I think you are quite new to making music by the sound of it. But id also say you know how to play keyboard, which is a very good start.
Not saying its not good, its just very basic. Youll begin to learn what sounds good. For example the kik is flat. Find some good kik samples to use instead. go to sampleswap.org for a load of samples to use. Also experiment with different soundsm synths you just stick to one when you can use lots. Fruityloops has a good synth called Sytrus. Try and find it in there and play with the sounds.
LOL - love the 'GO' sample at the end
Please review my track also

FL is fine for writing dance music. FL 4 was pretty damned basic in its functionality but later versions are great and im sure most 'experts' would have trouble telling whether songs were written on FL or ableton or logic or whatever. it comes down to the user in the end. there is very little that you can do in other programs that you cant do in FL. just update the samples that you are going to use coz the inbuilt samples that FL is bundled with are pretty trashy. a lot of the onboard effects are pretty ordinary but there are some great free ones around. just keep having fun with what you are doing and learn as you go.
sytrus can be awesome if you can work out how to use it and there is nothing to stop you from adding other synths into FL. (next version will have a synthmaker allowing you to build your own synths and use them in your tracks giving you more versatility than any other program on the market)
the main advice i can give you is to try and emulate (not imitate) other producers that you admire and get a feel for how trance is produced.
