talk to a lawyer, then get a referral to a PR, I have a friend who owns a PR firm in the city, its smaller but deals with celebs,film makers etc from around the world pm me if you want me to pass on the contact

Get an agent and let them deal with it.

the thing is, that title is all me. even before i knew the translation to english (as i read the book in serbian) i always had a perfect title for my book (if it ever happened lol) in my head.i dont know, i probably get some legal advice.

Unless you're getting an up-front money deal, most of the money you make will be back-ended (total sales - costs = $ to you) which makes it hard to be wealthy via book publishing deals. 1 in 50 books makes money for the publishers (and likewise for the author).

With short stories for inclusion on the other hand one can make some money, but unless your an established writer, becoming "rich" is probably relative - none the less freelance can be a great income stream.
