Arpeggiators play arpeggio's... for example on the way up, Bb major is Bb, D, F, Bb. Just draw the notes in the sequencer and it will play them for you.

Just to add something... you'll probably want to stick with the first three notes and play them as 16th notes, one after the other...
eg) Bb D F Bb D F Bb D F Bb D F

I don't consider that a "type" of arpeggio... that "effect" is achieved by combining an arpeggio with another melody, one on top of the other.
