Achternaam: Surname
Adres = Adres
Huisnr: housenumber
Postcode = zipcode
Woonplaats = city you live in
Telefoon = phonenumber
Land = Land

press this 1: D.m.v. credit-card

Credit-card nummer = Credit-card number
Vervaldatum = till when its valide

and then press accepteren = accept
