I am actually in LA right now to do my E3 business. I've worked for GameSpot.com for the past 8 1/2 years and am the senior producer of our video production team (named GameSpot Live)
I basically setup and run all the live webcasts we do, including all the major press conferences.
With the last year of gaming being so incredible, I am more stoked to see what the press conferences reveal this year than I have been since probably the early 2000s...just waiting to see how far the systems are gonna be pushed in the next year and E3 is usually the place any incredible new things are revealed.
We (www.gamespot.com) will be webcasting the Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft press conferences live....so tune in! We'll also be providing archived streams of them along with downloadable versions sometime after the webcast....archive streams should go up quickly, while the downloadable versions will take a bit of time to encode.
We'll also be webcasting three days of game demos LIVE...starting at 2:00pm PDT on Tuesday, after the last press conference of the big three. Each game is demod for 15 minutes, with a 5 minute video between each (interview, show coverage, etc)...so three demos per hour. In total, we will have about 26 hours of stage demos (including all the five tape segments) between Tuesday and Friday...
We'll be unvieling our stage demo schedule on Monday...
