Oh MY MOTHER FUCKING GODDDDDDD!!!!!!!
I'M JUST SPEECHLESS, Tiesto just killed me.
This show is the sickest event I ever went to!
We come there, no line up got in in 2 seconds, place was huge, insane lights, amaaazing mammoth screen behing the DJ, the crowd was crazyy and the place was jam packed. The sound was surprisingly good aswell.
First half of the set was more recent stuff, but oh man, after 1h30 or 2 he started dropping the classics, and oh man, one followed by another and another one, i thought I was going to die:
adagio for strings
traffic
flight 643
lethal industry
suburban train
elements of life
silence
just be
lovestoned
in the dark
hes a pirate
dance4life
+
Ride
wasted
lonely
etc.
Only songs missing were love comes again and in my memory. Even though this event was very overpriced, it was worth every penny, oh and btw funny thing is taht there were ppl selling tickets at the door for 20 trying to get rid of them lol.
Shitty thing about tiesto is taht he was too cool to sign autographs and take pics after and before his set. Dozens of ppl wated in front of his loge, and he would only let girls in.... isnt he married?!
So ya had to wait for a fkn hour after his set to finally, by miracle, get his autograph, some girl saw me wait there like a moron and took my poster and told me shell have it signed. now i have a bigass 2 x 4 feet poster signed!
So even though he was acting like a dick at the end, he made up for it by playing a 4h set instead of 3, and i LOVED it.
ANyways im going to sleep, so passed out just came home,
Hope you guys enjoyed this as much as me

I was going into this event because I did not have to pay and my friends decided to drag me there
My expectations were VERY low.
I have never seen Tiesto in my life, so I am like "Okay for the checkmark I am going to do this".
I arrived at 1:30 just in time for Tiesto's set. Until around 4 am he the room had some energy in it. People were chanting "Tiesto..Tiesto..Tiesto.." here and there but nothing too crazy. I had like 4 hours of sleep in 40 hours I was so TIRED at this party, so I went to sit down in the VIP.
I was literaly starting to fall asleep around 4am, and then it happened. I heard the sound... the sound of Lethal industry coming on.
We all know that the 2000-2004 years of Tiesto were his bliss and he could create the vibe that was very unique. Honestly I have a friend who went to see this guy @ Sensation White in Amsterdam in 2006 and as Tiesto was going to play Lethal Industry there people were literaly CHANTING the beats of the song with their mouth, before the main part of the song.
I think time was repeating itself. It is like he gave a shot of adrenaline to EVERY person in the room.. All 10000 people that were there... Everybody knew what was coming to them. As I was standing in the vip with my friend who has never seen Tiesto as well, we both stood up and were looking at the crowd and mildly tapping our feet waiting for what was about to happen. As it was coming closer and closer to the peak of the song the energy was slowly rising, but most people still had their hands down and only the in front of the dj you could see a lot of hands in the air dancing. Some people were saying "Lethal Industry, lethal industry, oh my god"
And then Tiesto played the melody and i was like WOOOOOW! All 10000 people raised their HANDS in the air and THEY JUST STARTED SCREAMING... Everybody, the bass line wasn't even there yet, just the melody... I instantly woke up and my friend got his camera out and started taping(video's will be up soon). Damn it is really that 2000-2004 sound of Tiesto that people dig, that ability to get a BIG room go nuts. As Tiesto released the bass it was OVER! People just started jumping out of their minds like it was the last day on earth.... The floor in the VIP stand was shaking, the energy was undescribable. After this Traffic went down and pretty much all his classics from his "popular years". The energy was there for about 1 hour as he played all his classics and for a few other tunes I can't recall at the moment (Jochen Miller - Connection) was nice to hear. Every single classics was like an explosion of the room.
I remember when he played the "Pirates of the Caribbean" was probably the peak of the energy.
Saying all this I am not really much into trance lately, but this was a very very delightful experience and I can't believe I am saying this but I enjoyed the last 2 hours of his set.
Cheers to everybody who I saw there.
